- To approve the Regulation regarding the State Flag of the Moldavian Soviet Socialist Republic (annexed).
- To annul the Regulation regarding the State Flag of the Moldavian Soviet Socialist Republic, approved by the Decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the Moldavian S. S. R. from December 24 1995

regarding the State Anthem of the Republic of Moldova

The Official Gazette of the R. of Moldova no. 45-46/555 from 17.08.1995
The Parliament adopts the present law.
- Art.1. - As the State Anthem of the Republic of Moldova is approved the song ”Limba noastră”, verse by Alexei MATEEVICI (stanzas 1, 2, 5, 8, 12), music by Alexandru CRISTEA, arrangement by Valentin DÎNGA, included in the annex no.1 which makes an integral part of the present law.
